Sandy - looking for a new home.
Sandy is an attractive Podenco X bitch born approximately August. She was born out in the campo to a “stray” ginger and white coloured podenco who we are still trying to catch. We do think that the father was most probably a German Shepherd (or German Shepherd X).
Sandy was picked up in early November. Although still rather wary of people, she is adapting to her new life in her foster home where her experienced foster carers are giving her lots of care and attention and are also socialising her with their own dogs and cats.
Sandy is sterilized and health vaccinated.
For more information about Sandy please telephone P.E.P.A. on 650304746
Sandy is currently being fostered along with a sibling (Chloe). Unfortunately, due to other commitments, their carers can only look after them for a short time. We would love to see Chloe and Sandy rehomed before they have to be moved, but failing that we desperately need another foster home for them (together or sperately).
Full information about fostering for PEPA can be found on the “fostering” page of the website, otherwise please telephone the helpdesk on 650 304 746 or Pat on 96 283 3325.
