Horsie was born approximately February 2009. She’s a pretty, very gentle natured dog. Right from the start her rescuers had no hesitation in introducing Horsie to their young son and their own dogs and cat.
Horsie is a big girl, she measures 29.5 inches at the shoulder. She’s a calm, contented dog and is non-demanding. She walks nicely on the lead, is well behaved in the house- but also likes to be outside a lot. Her favourite hobbies apparently are eating, sunbathing and more eating!
PEPA is advertising Horsie on behalf of her rescuers who found her in a playground looking for any food that the children had dropped or given to her. She had an old leg injury, from at least a year. The vet said that she must have been in pain the whole time; yet she still didn’t show any aggression. Horsie was operated on straightaway and now is back to perfect condition and runs and plays happily with her rescuers own dogs.
